KGM offers three carefully sequenced Montessori programs, each designed to meet the child’s needs at that stage of life.

2 - 3 Years

TODDLER PROGRAM

A gentle introduction to the Montessori environment. Children develop independence, language, and fine motor skills through carefully selected materials and nurturing guidance.

3 - 6 Years

PRE - PRIMARY (CASA)

The heart of the Montessori method — a three-year cycle in the Casa dei Bambini. Children develop practical life, sensorial, language, and early mathematics in a mixed-age community.

6+ Years

EXTENDED PROGRAM

For children in the final year of the Primary cycle, an extended program with deeper engagement in cultural subjects, early literacy, and advanced Montessori materials.

Submit the required documents within 10 days of applying. Admission remains provisional until all documents are verified and confirmed as accurate.

School Visit & Interaction

We warmly invite families for a campus visit. You'll walk through our prepared environments, meet our educators, and watch children at work. Your child may spend time in the classroom too.

Seat Offer & Fee Payment

Admission is offered based on merit and seat availability. Upon receiving an offer, fees must be paid before your child joins, and annually before each Academic Year commences.

We’ve kept the paperwork simple. Here’s everything you need before applying.

Required Documents

Please have these ready to submit within 10 days of filing your application. Only documents listed here will be considered for priority of admission.

Birth Certificate

Original or certified copy of your child's birth certificate (municipal or hospital issued)

Passport-sized Photographs

4 recent passport-sized photographs of the child; 2 of each parent/guardian

Proof of Address

Aadhaar card, utility bill, or rental agreement (not older than 3 months)

Medical / Immunisation Record

Child's immunisation booklet or health record from a registered practitioner

Previous School Records

If applicable, transfer certificate or progress report from the prior institution

Parent / Guardian ID

Government-issued photo ID for both parents or legal guardians

Fee Structure

All fees are payable before your child joins the Montessori, and annually before the commencement of each Academic Year or on demand within the intimated due date.

Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The Montessori reserves the right to revise the fee structure from time to time in line with economic conditions.

Our Agreement With Every Family

We believe in transparency. These are the terms you agree to when enrolling your child at KGM — presented clearly, so our partnership begins with mutual understanding.

Admission & Provisional Status

Seat allocation · Document verification · Accuracy of information

Admission to KGM is granted on the basis of merit and seat availability at the time of application review and at the time of the seat offer. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.All admission is initially provisional. If any statement in the application form is found to be false, or if required documents are not produced within 10 days of filing (unless a different timeline has been agreed in writing with the Montessori), the admission may be cancelled.We declare that the information furnished in the application must be true to the best of the parent or guardian's knowledge and belief. The Montessori relies on this declaration in good faith.

Fee Payment & Policy

Fees are required to be paid on or before your child joins KGM, and thereafter each year before the commencement of the Academic Year, or as and when demanded before the intimated due date.Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances by the Montessori.In the event that a fee payment cheque is dishonoured, the Management reserves the right to dismiss or de-enroll the child at its discretion and to levy any other penalty it deems fit.The Montessori reserves the right to increase, revise, or amend the fee structure and/or the fee charged from time to time. Changes may be in line with economic conditions including, but not limited to, inflation.In the case of withdrawal, fees for the subsequent quarter will be payable, regardless of the timing of withdrawal.

Conduct, Dress Code & Timing

All children at KGM are expected to observe the rules relating to the Code of Conduct of the Montessori. Parents agree that their child will strictly follow the Dress Code.Parents are required to drop off and pick up their child on time. KGM is not responsible for the safety of the child if parents arrive late.In the event that a fee payment cheque is dishonoured, the Management reserves the right to dismiss or de-enroll the child at its discretion and to levy any other penalty it deems fit.Any child found using unfair means during an examination, or found to have infringed the rules of conduct, may be expelled or removed from the Montessori.

Safety, Food & Wellbeing

Children are active and physical engagement is a natural part of Montessori life. KGM will not be held responsible in the event of a child being hurt while playing, and parents acknowledge and accept this.Parents are required to drop off and pick up their child on time. KGM is not responsible for the safety of the child if parents arrive late.KGM is not responsible for the quality of food sent from home, or served on premise by an external caterer. All food sent from home must be strictly vegetarian. No non-vegetarian food items are permitted.Any child found using unfair means during an examination, or found to have infringed the rules of conduct, may be expelled or removed from the Montessori.

Photographs, Materials & Intellectual Property

Publicity · Study materials · Montessori content created by children

KGM has the right to use your child's photograph in publicity materials, on the website, and on social media pages, unless expressly objected to in writing by parents before the commencement of the Academic Year.Children will be asked to create study materials and other content as part of the learning process. KGM has the right to retain these materials.

Special Circumstances

Children with different needs · Admissions priority

KGM is committed to every child it admits. However, the Montessori environment is designed for typically developing children within the age range served. If a child is found to have needs that KGM cannot adequately support educationally, the Montessori reserves the right to terminate the admission in the interest of the child's wellbeing and future.Only documents required by the Montessori will be entertained for priority of admissions. No other documentation will be considered for this purpose.Parents confirm that their acceptance of these terms has not been obtained by any kind of pressure or coercion by the Management of the Montessori.
