She was working in a corporate firm when the work of Dr. Maria Montessori became what she describes as a spiritual awakening, a moment of clarity that redirected the entire course of her life.Inspired by the late Sri Lingappa and supported by her spouse, she opened the doors of KGM on June 6th, 1999, to just seven children, in a small house, with minimal advertisement and maximum faith. From that first day, she implemented the child-centered Montessori Method with total conviction.The school grew because of her, not because of marketing, but because of the unmistakable quality of what she built. Through expansions, renovations, a pandemic, and 26 years of daily dedication, Shantha has never wavered in her belief that every child carries extraordinary potential that only needs the right environment to emerge.
