THE METHOD

Two Programs One Guiding Philosophy

At Kids Garden Montessori, we create a prepared environment where every child learns at their own pace — with joy, curiosity, and confidence as their compass.

TODDLER MONTESSORI PROGRAM

Where Every SenseComes Alive

Our Toddler curriculum is built entirely around the Montessori Method, supporting the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child aged 24 to 30 months. The child's mind at this stage absorbs everything it senses, like a sponge in its most active period.Activities have been designed and developed specifically to meet the growth needs of children at this exact age. In KGM, the program has been customized with care so that every toddler thrives and every parent feels confident in the transition to come.

Speech & Language Development

Vocabulary, expression, and listening are developed through story, song, conversation, and carefully prepared language materials every single day.

Fine & Gross Motor Skills

From pouring and transferring to running, climbing, and balancing, every movement develops coordination, confidence, and body awareness.

Self, Family & Environment

Toddlers explore who they are, their family, and the world around them, building a secure sense of identity that grounds all future learning.

Concentration & Responsibility

Through purposeful, engaging activities, toddlers develop the ability to focus — and the pride of caring for their own environment.

Smooth Transition to Primary

Everything in the Toddler program is designed to prepare children beautifully for the Pre-Primary Montessori environment — so the next step feels natural.

TODDLER MONTESSORI PROGRAM

Where CuriosityBecomes Learning

Our Pre-Primary Montessori environment serves children from two-and-a-half to six years of age. One carefully prepared space accommodates 27 children in mixed-age groups, staffed by two trained Montessori adults and an assistant.Environments are designed with child-height shelves throughout. Activities are presented by the adult, then chosen freely by the children. This is where the Montessori magic truly unfolds.

Child-Height Prepared Environment

Every shelf, every material, every corner is designed for the child, fostering independence and ownership over their own learning space.

Mixed-Age Grouping

Younger children learn by watching older ones. Older children consolidate knowledge by helping younger ones. Both benefit enormously, and it happens naturally.

Full Academic Curriculum

Practical life, sensorial, language, arithmetic, botany, zoology, geography, music, and art — all five Montessori areas are active every day.

Writing by Age 4

Through extensive fine and gross motor preparation, children are ready to write at age 4, not because they're pushed, but because they're prepared.

Continuous Curriculum

The curriculum is not divided into Mont 1, Mont 2, etc. Learning is continuous and offered at the speed at which each individual child learns.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT

Beyond Academics A Complete Human Being

Montessori observed four distinct periods in human development, each with unique characteristics, learning modes, and developmental imperatives. She called for educational approaches specific to each plane.

Practical Life

Basic activities that develop physical, social, mental, and moral growth. The child develops "purposeful movement" ordered by the mind toward a comprehensible purpose and grows independence in self-care, caring for others, and social relations.

Sensorial

Sensorial learning stimulates all five senses, taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing. Children explore objects, colors, textures, sounds, and shapes, developing intellectual skills including thinking, attention, and concentration.

Arithmetic Activities

Abstract maths made concrete through sensorial capability. Children experience the Decimal System, linear counting (1 to 1,000,000), and progress naturally to addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, all through movement and fun.

WHAT SETS US APART

Key Features of a KGM Classroom

The Montessori Method has several key components that distinguish it from other modes of education. At KGM, we follow every one of them with care and conviction.

Children do activities based on which they learn fundamentally.

OTHE CRITICAL WINDO

The First Three Years Change Everything

"The first three years of life are the most critical in the development of human beings and their potential. The infant's physical development is phenomenal, yet a profound and less obvious development is taking place within the child."Dr. Montessori describes this as a second embryonic period when the child's intelligence is formed, when culture and language are absorbed, when the core of personality, social being, and the essence of spiritual life are developed. An understanding of this development allows environments to be prepared to meet the needs of the infant and foster independence, psychomotor development, and language acquisition. At KGM, this is not theory. It is the living principle behind every shelf we arrange, every material we place, and every interaction our trained adults have with your child.
